Important: you will need the following to get started

• Your Campus Wide ID number
  • Your Campus Wide ID (CWID) number located in your Enrollment Confirmation letter.  Please note:  your CWID starts with the letter A (ex.  A1234567).  To access your Enrollment Confirmation letter, to log into the account you created when you submitted your application.
• You can use a laptop, desktop, or mobile phone to activate your account.  If you use a laptop or desktop, you will need your mobile phone to complete the multifactor authentication process.

¹û¶³´«Ã½s Enrolling for the Fall 2025 semester

Log into  and complete the steps below:

1. The Housing Application will be available to complete beginning on Thursday, March 20, 2025. Roommate requests are guaranteed when received by Sunday, June 1, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.
2. As part of the Housing Application, you will be prompted to fill out a questionnaire to share your housing preferences. Once the questionnaire has been completed, students will be able to match with potential roommates and message one another through the portal. ¹û¶³´«Ã½s will also be able to share their room preference as well.
3. ¹û¶³´«Ã½s will receive their Housing Assignments beginning June 15, 2025.

Already have a roommate in mind? ¹û¶³´«Ã½s matching with a roommate no later than June 1, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. are GUARANTEED to have housing with their requested roommate. Beginning June 2, 2025 roommate requests can only be honored if space allows. 

REMEMBER: Early completion of the Housing Application maximizes your opportunity to select a roommate and indicate your preferred housing.

Any students needing to live on campus year-round, should contact the Residential Life Office to complete a 12-month Housing Application.

Deadline:  June 1 for students enrolling for the fall 2025 semester

The student health forms are available online at westfield.ma.edu/healthservices

The forms must be submitted by June 1 if you are enrolling for the fall semester. If you have any questions regarding the forms, please contact the Health Services Office directly at 413-572-5415.

Deadline:  July 1 for students enrolling for the fall 2025 semester

Please log into the account you created for your admission application (not your My¹û¶³´«Ã½ account) to complete and submit the Proof of Residency form:

Please note:  this form is required of all new students.

Deadlines:  
July 1, 2025 for new first-year students enrolling for the fall 2025 semester
August 1, 2025 for new transfer students enrolling for the fall 2025 semester

First Year ¹û¶³´«Ã½s: Submit your Final High School Transcript, showing your date of graduation.

• Dual Enrolled ¹û¶³´«Ã½s should submit an official transcript from ALL colleges previously attended to the Admission Office.

Transfer ¹û¶³´«Ã½s: Submit your Final Transcript from your college or university once classes have been completed and grades have been posted.

AP scores should be sent electronically to the ¹û¶³´«Ã½ State University Registrar's Office from the College Board.

¹û¶³´«Ã½s Enrolling for the Fall 2025 semester:

• Starting on Monday, May 17, 2025 at 9:00a.m., you can begin to upload your photo. 
• Deadline to upload your photo:  Thursday, August 28th at 2:00 p.m.

If you SUCCESSFULLY uploaded a photo, and you are a resident living on campus, you will receive your student ID card when you move in.

If you SUCCESSFULLY uploaded a photo, and you are a commuter, you can pick up your student ID card at the Campus Card Office in Wilson Hall when classes begin.
